2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to display our wall art products, colors, and materials as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and display calibration.
  • Product dimensions, framing options, and materials are listed on each product page and may vary by ±0.5 inch due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without notice.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom wall art (e.g., uploaded photos, personalized text, or made-to-order sizing):

  • You are responsible for ensuring you own the rights to any image, photo, or content you upload, and that it does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any custom order containing content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Because custom items are made specifically for you, they are generally final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged (see Section 7).
  • Please review your uploaded image, spelling, and sizing carefully before submitting — we are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing if an error affects your order.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we confirm it (typically via order confirmation email).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.
  • If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping page but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise stated on our Returns page.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • To initiate a return or report a damaged/defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after a defect is verified.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — including images, product designs, logos, text, graphics, and the Blush and Frame name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
  • For custom orders, you retain ownership of any image or content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
